How your data is processed

The information you submit is processed by VesperID SAS, acting as data controller, solely to answer your request and to follow up on it commercially, on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. It is retained for twenty-four months from the last contact, then deleted. It is not passed to any third party for marketing purposes. The form is protected by an anti-bot service from Cloudflare, Inc., which processes your IP address and browsing signals; we keep your IP address only as a hash. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, exercisable at dpo@vesperid.com, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
